SHIPPING
All Le Chic Radical jewelry is hand created by local jewelers in our private studio in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Our collections include made to order and in stock items, with each accurately labeled on their product pages and in your order summary at the checkout.
Made to order items are custom produced for you and are shipped upon completion within 2 to 4 weeks of placing your order.
In stock items ship within 2-3 working days of placing your order.
Le Chic Radical partners with DHL for domestic orders and Georgian Post for international orders.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
For Tbilisi orders, customers receive their purchase within 2 business days, Monday through Friday. For other Regions, delivery times vary by region and may take up-to 3-7 days from the date of dispatch.
All domestic orders are shipped for FREE.
We also offer a domestic express service in Tbilisi, delivering within 2 hours for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Orders must be placed during our working hours, between 11:00 and 20:00.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are determined by your destination country and are displayed at checkout.
On orders over $300 shipping is FREE.
A delivery timeframe will be available once tracking information is provided. Please note that any delays occurring while the parcel is in transit are beyond our control, though we will do our best to assist if any issues arise.
All delivery-related costs, including customs fees and duties, are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
You may request a return for store credit on full-price items within 7 days of receipt of delivery, no refunds available.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging. In the event of noncompliance, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Please note that store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping related fees paid in connection with the original order.
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For safety reasons, we strongly advise our customers to ship the products with a tracking number.
Sale and discounted items, including items purchased using the welcome discount code, are final sale and ineligible for return.

Items listed in the Store LCR section are not eligible for return.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you believe that the item you received is damaged or defective, we require you email hey@lechicradical.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Make sure you include your full name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return.
